１６日、新宿山吹高校自治委員会が校民による教職員評価アンケートを公開した。同アンケートは自治委員会への校民からの賛同の声を受け、正式に実施されたもので、教職員の授業運営や生徒への対応などについて観点別に評価する、いわば「教職員の成績表」だ。

　同委員会で教職員評価制度を担当する自治局文化教育課の担当者は、本紙の取材に対して、「教職員の授業運営や生徒への対応について、カスタマー目線、つまり生徒目線で評価して頂くことで、教職員の教育活動の質の向上、人権意識の向上を狙った。」とコメントしている。

　自治委員会は、今回実施したアンケートを４月を目処に集計し、新宿山吹高校当局に対して結果を通知し、教育活動の改善に生かしてもらう考えだ。なお、評価結果については現時点では公開しない方針だという。
